Dental Laboratory polymerizer «FotEst-LED»

«FotEst-LED» — laboratory LED photo-polymerizer intended for photo-polymerization of facing light-sensitive dental materials.

Light source on the basis of diodes emitting in blue spectrum (peak wave length 475 nm) is the photo-activator of polymerization process.

Application:

«FotEst-LED» is intended for application at dental laboratories and could be used:

• -at facing technique with any dental alloy;
• -at preparation of jacket crowns including frames on gypsum model;
• -at prosthetic restorations;
• -at fabrication of cores and veneers used in therapeutic dental practice.

Peculiarities of the device design:

• -Two types of emitter: 12 semiconducting LED (basic source) and 1 halogen lamp (additional light source that allows to carry out polymerization process with orthopaedic unit heating);
• -Electronic timer;
• -Light and sound indication;
• -Automatic blocking of polymerization mode at working chamber opening;
• -Built-in fan for emitter cooling.
